Good Weather Radio

In the Amusement Mile there is an abandoned Broadcasting station that has been taken up by Phil Connors. While He is currently only doing radio shows, there are rooms for televised programs that may be utilized in future. Phil will hire just about anyone to work at the station as long as they abide by two rules: No god propaganda, neither Fog nor Fourth, and no overtly sexual content before 8 pm. The later of the two rules are also not heavily enforced. This is mostly just a fun side project where he lets himself say whatever shit he wants on national radio, so why not let the public get in on this?

Pay is a little iffy right now due to it being a relatively new broadcasting station, but he does provide free snacks and lets you come to work without pants on, so it's not all bad!

Radio Shows
- Good Weather with Phil Connors - A weather show where Phil gives the weekly forecast, including relatively accurate fog predictions. It's also where Phil loudly rants for a solid hour about anything that crosses his mind. Think conservative talk shows where instead of horrible politic takes it's Phil yelling at the barista who put too much foam in his latte
-Tunes of Anarchy - A weekly music show where Dr. Robotnik (who hasn't decided on a really good DJ name yet and goes by a few depending on his mood) plays whatever the hell he feels like for a couple hours. He has extremely eclectic tastes. Good luck.
- Beyond the Veil - A show where local humans and monsters alike can call in and talk about strange and eerie occurrences and/or complain about the gods. Holding to station rules, there is no god propaganda and it's just an entirely neutral space to bitch and air grievances. Maybe Old Man Jenkins thinks the Fog cursed his crops, or maybe there's a monster that thinks there's a Shade coming into their room and sitting on their chest every night. Bigfoot sightings, god conspiracy theories, Mothman stealing pies off of little old ladies' windowsills - no story is too wild! (Think something vaguely along the lines of Coast to Coast AM.) Airs at midnight.

TV Shows
-The Bavan Cooking Hour - A weekly show aimed squarely at homemakers for them to share recipes and tips. There's a competition portion where monsters and humans alike are welcome to come and make the weekly bake that's then judged by the hosts (Rev and a human grandma by the name of Agatha Nilsen) and a winner is decided. The winner receives high end kitchen utensils and either a new stove or mixer. No monster "cooking" allowed, this is human friendly.

Depending on the week, is either filmed live or in advance; the so called 'Neapoliteens', a group of interfactional young teens in the Peninsula show anything from urban exploring over casual chatter, to attempted runs at their own idea of cooking, to tik-tok style challenges, to theatre production with puppets. (Many 'episodes' are lovingly inspired by the IRL 'Watcher')

Show Title/Premise: Side B: a combination music-and-call-in show. Think Delilah, but less mushy and more a place for monsters to air their grievances and get a voice on the other end of the line who hears them. In between calls, Ronstadt takes music requests as best he can fill them and also plays any of his favorites he's managed to scrounge from the sky-rain in the spring of 2022. Pretty 80s-heavy with a dash of goth and a smidge of punk here and there. Like stealing your cool uncle's old mix tapes.
